Projects: What Our Clients Say About Our Work
DAMGeeks completed the Technology Assessment work stream for a Content Personalization Project. This project aimed to define the future-state data model for describing content enabling personalized and targeted content delivery. The assessment reviewed existing technologies in the MarTech ecosystem, recommended specific integrations and optimizations, and prioritized their implementation to establish a technical foundation for scalable personalization.
DAMGeeks, in collaboration with Blue Trail Digital, implemented Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Assets for Waters Corporation. The delivery of this project established a comprehensive Digital Asset Management (DAM) solution. Configuration prioritized ease of use and consistency by deploying a simplified, two-tab metadata schema, and leveraging out-of-the-box AEM capabilities alongside scripting for consistent, repeatable configuration across elements like cascading choices, processing profiles, and Content Hub integration to ensure the solution was both easy to maintain and upgrade.
DAMGeeks, in collaboration with ICP, conducted a Digital Asset Management Requirements Discovery for Adamas, focusing on their launch of the Veeva PromoMats DAM module and the migration of approximately 13,000 assets. The primary goal was to provide Adamas with best practices, governance strategies, and a complete picture of requirements needed for a successful launch and subsequent roll-out of their new DAM platform. The project leveraged deep-dive discovery workshops with stakeholders to perform a current-state analysis, a gap analysis, and a risk assessment, ultimately delivering prioritized recommendations and a high-level go-forward plan.
DAMGeeks engaged directly with HarperCollins Publishers to execute essential platform upgrades and provide continuous support for their Telescope Digital Asset Management (DAM) system. Project focus involved upgrading the DAM to the most recent release while meticulously ensuring the integrity of all out-of-the-box features and critical customizations. To ensure long-term self-sufficiency, comprehensive documentation detailing all environment changes was provided, enabling client teams to easily support the environment post-project. This work established ongoing operational excellence, enabling HarperCollins’ teams to maintain efficient content workflows and reliable asset access.
DAMGeeks successfully executed a comprehensive 4+ year engagement, providing bilingual (English and French) operational support and guidance to North American teams at Odyssey Services. The core focus was on building a foundation of operational excellence through targeted team training, meticulous process documentation, and adherence enforcement. By implementing disciplined processes and creating a defined, logical space for documentation, DAMGeeks ensured enhanced client support and continuous process improvement. This long-term partnership was characterized by professional competence, clear communication, and the delivery of highly sought-after actionable knowledge.
